WORK HISTORY:

While in law school, Rocco interned as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Joseph M. Augello of the Luzerne County Court of Common Pleas. Subsequently, prior to entering private practice, Rocco worked for over 3 years with the State Workers Insurance Fund as in-house counsel and as a member of the Office of General Counsel for the Department of Labor and Industry of Pennsylvania with his primary focus on Workers Compensation law.  Rocco has handled a wide array of both civil and criminal cases to successful conclusion for his clients.  Over his years of practice, he has successfully obtained millions of dollars in benefits for his injured victims and disabled workers.  He has also served on numerous arbitration panels in Luzerne County, adjudicating an array of cases.

After law school, Allison immediately went into practice in the mid-sized general practice/full service law firm of Barbera, Clapper, Beener, Rullo, & Melvin LLP (BCBRM) located in Somerset, Pennsylvania.  There she handled a range of family and municipal law matters, as well as, various other areas of law.  Allison practiced with BCBRM for several years before moving to Luzerne County to continue private practice.
